You may request delivery of an official, sealed transcript
to another college(s) or third party either online, by mail, fax or in person.
All transcripts come in individually sealed envelopes, unless otherwise specified.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- We cannot accept phone or e-mail requests.
- Northeast Metro 916 transcripts cannot be processed with rush service for mail or pick-up.
- Transcript requests are not processed if you have an outstanding obligation, financial or otherwise.
- Transcripts are not released if there is a hold on your record, so please check online at
the e-Services website before making the request. (Login, select Courses & Registration, then select Check Registration holds.)
- We will not fax transcripts under any circumstances.
- Requests must include payment by check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover accepted).
- Continuing Education & Customized Training transcripts should be ordered directly from that department by calling 651-779-3341.
Online
Century College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide 24/7 online transcript ordering for our students and alumni.
Orders placed with NSC after hours are delivered to Century's Records Office the next working day.
Online requests submitted while the college is closed for holidays will be processed in the order they were received when our office reopens.
Transcripts are processed by Century College within 3 business days.
Online ordering
Login to the Clearinghouse's secure site.
The NSC site includes info about placing your order, including delivery options and fees.
- You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
- To ensure confidentiality and to comply with federal regulations governing educational records, you must authenticate yourself.
- Alumni and students electing the online service are presented with the Consent to Release form.
- Print and sign the form and return the document to the Clearinghouse via mail, fax, or by scanning the document and forwarding by email.
- The Clearinghouse address, fax, and email information are located on the consent form. Do not return the consent form to Century College.
- In addition to the convenience of credit card payment, the online service provides email notifications once orders are received and processed by the College Records Office. Credit cards are charged after the record is sent.

Mail/fax
Complete the Transcript Request Form (pdf) and mail or fax it with your payment.
Pay by credit card or enclose a check or money order payable to Century College.

Note: Fax requests may be made by credit card only. Include the credit card expiration date and the zip code of card holder. Also, to keep all information confidential, faxed requests are received in a locked area.
In person
- Come to the Records Office, complete a Transcript Request Form, and pay the $5.00 per transcript fee at the Business Office.
- The transcript will be sent or be available for pick-up within three business days of receipt of request (except during peak periods at start and end of registration periods and semesters).
Rush
- Please add an additional $5.00 for rush service.
- Your transcript will be sent via regular mail within 24 hours or made available for pick-up within 1 hour of receipt of request.
- If would like to pick it up in person, you must show a picture ID.
